This High Point NC Open Porch is Stylish and Functional

The porch features accommodate both a living and a dining space. Adding to the functionality of the expansive porch design, is convenient access to the home’s interior by way of three separate French doors. The porch also offers easy access to the backyard.

Complementary Materials Meld the New Porch with the Existing Home

We used a custom, medium bronze metal roof to complement the copper window accent and downspouts. Fiberglass columns and wooden rafters offer the elegance of a by-gone era to the brand-new porch. The porch interior features a ply-bead ceiling, painted blue in the tradition of Southern porches. The washed brick, used on the home’s façade, adds an air of nostalgia inside the open porch.
